Training Grounds was an interesting challenge as it was not only a multiplayer map, but also formed the base for the opening of SP's Bootcamp. Everything we built had to work for both an SP and MP environment, with covers being able to animate and come out of the floors. Coming up with all of these while also nailing the new COG art-style was a massive team effort and a big shout out goes to our concept team here at Splash Damage.
I was mainly involved in the creation of the helipad building, theater spawn and monument area.
A big thank you goes out to the rest of the creative team at Splash which includes VFX, Lighting, Tech Art and Concept. Crediting everyone would probably blow the character limit of this post so I am just going to link the other Environment guys who I worked with closely and were responsible for the other areas in the map:
